The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete the appointment request form below. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.

We see patients from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs.  Our hours are from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays.  If you are having a problem be sure to call early and we will make every effort to see you on that day.
